We will discuss your future options and how well this role and organisation is a match to those options.

The Next Step

If we agree that the position is of interest and you want to proceed further, you'll be short-listed and your details sent to our client company for review. If selected, your next meeting will be with the company.

Reference Checking

If this meeting goes well, the company likes you and you like the company, then at this stage we'll get your approval to contact 2 or 3 previous employer referees for confidential comments.

The Offer

If you are to be offered the position, we'll help you through the offer and negotiation process, until we achieve a satisfactory outcome for you and your future employer.

Process Overview
