FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Continued business growth has created this role for an experienced Finance &
Administration Manager with this leading industrial services
group.
Based at head office in the Western Suburbs, you will be a key member of
the management team and report to the Managing Director. The scope of the
role is broad, and includes:
- - leadership of a finance & admin team of 5, spanning customer
service/ order entry, accounts management, payroll/ subcontractors,
wholesale & retail sales admin, service contracts administration.
- - financial & statutory reporting.
- - financial guidance to the management team and board of directors.
- - business systems improvement.
The ideal person for this challenging role would have:
- - Accountancy qualifications.
- - CPA accreditation.
- - ability to develop quickly to Financial Controller level with the expanding business.
- - 5+ years' commercial accounting experience, ideally including
industrial process or services.
- - strong results orientation...you'd be an individual who likes to be
involved, who cares about outcomes.
- - high computer literacy and interest in systems improvement.
- - a working knowledge of OH&S and insurance regulations.
- - good people and communication skills.
The right person for this role will be someone looking to grow with a
company that's expected to expand in size by 2 to 3 times within 5 years.
Commencing salary is negotiable.
