CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST

Located in Hornsby, this pharmaceutical industry service company has a full-time position available for a versatile Customer Service Officer.

Previous experience in a laboratory environment would be well regarded, but is not essential as on the job training will be provided.

Reporting to the Service Centre Manager, your day to day duties will include:

• - inbound Telephone Reception.
• - order entry.
• - typing up service reports.
• - purchasing supplies.
• - invoicing.
• - technical centre administration.

 

The person we seek would have:

• - good telephone skills.
• - customer service orientation.
• - good organizational skills.
• - intermediate level Microsoft Office and order entry skills.
• - self motivation.
• - high attention to detail.
