FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

A global OEM export company located in Wollongong has an initial 6 month contract role available for an experienced Financial Controller at regional head office.

Reporting to the Australian Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include:

• - weekly and monthly reporting to overseas head office.
• - compilation and lodging or statutory monthly and annual returns.
• - overseeing TIMMS general ledger.
• - assurance of compliance with external audit and US corporate standards.

 

The ideal person for this role would have:

• - immediate availability.
• - a recognized Accounting Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
• - international reporting experience.
• - a working knowledge of TIMMS software.
• - an independent, hands-on style.

- own transport.

 

Monthly salary is negotiable and will include normal staff benefits. The position is available for an immediate start, ideally before the short Christmas/ New Year break (and beginning of the annual reporting cycle).
