TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER

This progressive Australian company, a leader in their field, has a unique opening for a technical Service Manager. 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the focus of your role will be to manage the supply chain process and provide technical product solutions to a group of large company accounts. These companies manufacture baked food products and have multi-site operations around Australia. You will be providing support to all of these sites. 

The person we seek would be a qualified Baker/ Pastry cook with production experience and some knowledge of ingredients and commercial bakery equipment.

You will also need to be:

• - customer service minded.
• - confident and articulate.
• - a good organizer.
• - able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• - PC literate.
• - available for regular interstate travel to production sites.

 

This position will suit a person looking to move beyond day to day production to a technical sales, service & logistics support role with a leading supplier of key products. An attractive salary package is negotiable, including fully maintained company car, phone and laptop computer.
