This national site preparation services group is closely connected to the growing heavy industry, infrastructure & mining sectors. Strong growth continues to emerge in their marketplace, creating an exciting entry level opportunity for a recent Civil Engineering Graduate.
Initially based in Sydney for training, you will be fast-tracked in all aspects of Project Management, ranging from scoping and pricing for new tenders, resource planning, site management and project execution. The person we seek would be Degree qualified in Civil Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution, be at early stages of career development, and be looking to quickly advance their career. You should be commercially astute, have good people and communication skills, be well organized and be available to work at sometimes remote sites around Australia. Central to your training will the management of material & staffing resources which deliver practical outcomes which meet contractual guidelines, safety parameters and client expectations.
In addition to extensive on the job training provided, your salary package will include site allowances, transportation and accomodation facilities, according to location. This position will suit a mobile Engineer looking for a challenging Project Management career path with a rapidly growing company.
