If we're in agreement, the next step is to meet at interview to discuss the role in detail. For reasons of confidentiality, we don’t give out company details prior to interview.

We will provide you with an overview of the role and company. Be prepared for a frank and open discussion of where you are in your present role, what your strengths are, and your career goals for the future. We will discuss your future options and how well this role and organisation is a match to those options.
The Next Step
If we agree that the position is of interest and you want to proceed further, you'll be short-listed and your details sent to our client company for review. If selected, your next meeting will be with the company.
Reference Checking
If this meeting goes well, the company likes you and you like the company, then at this stage we'll get your approval to contact 2 or 3 previous employer referees for confidential comments.
The Offer
If you are to be offered the position, we'll help you through the offer and negotiation process, until we achieve a satisfactory outcome for you and your future employer.

Process Overview
Following an in-depth briefing on the role and company background, our process combines input from advertising response, database review and network search to generate a list of potential candidates.

Final reference checking completes the process, and to further reduce the risk of mismatch beyond our control, all placements are covered by a replacement guarantee (as detailed in terms of service agreement).
